Health and safety.
NKZ Investment Group adheres closely to the OHS Act Regulations. We maintain high standards of safety and care is taken to educate our teams on the hazards of working environment. Management takes the safety and health policy as their participative responsibility and continued education and awareness is maintained. All personnel are issued with safety equipment. The working conditions are fair and the health of the work force is always considered in planning and executing a work plan.
Environment.
NKZ Investment Group emphasises environmental awareness in all we do. We are keenly aware of the impact we and our projects may have on the environment and, as a result, implement programmes and policies to minimise adverse effects focusing on project methods and materials that allow for an environmentally responsible project process.
Quality Assurance.
NKZ Investment Group (Pty) Ltd undertake a regime of self-snagging where we aim to minimize the snagging that is required at the end of the works. As we progress through the project, we will continually review the work and rectify shortfalls as necessary.
